Helium Leakage Test Machine
The mixed helium system provides 10% helium and fills 5bar helium into the part. Outside the part is vacuum box with special requirements, which is connected with the leak detection port of Inficon LDS3000 helium leak tester.If there is leakage in the part under inspection, helium gas leaking into the vacuum box and can be detected by helium leak tester.
